New Base - "Go Free"

August has been the 2nd month of Muesli4Me and we are enjoying mixing all different kinds of muesli mixes heaps. It is great to see all different kinds of mixes, muesli names and suggestions.
Here at Muesli4Me we wish to cater to people's special dietary needs. Just because you can't eat gluten or fructose or wheat, doesn't mean you can't enjoy your beakfast so we came up with our delicious 'Go Free' gluten free base. Simply add to it any of our fruits and nuts (all gluten free) and you too can have a tasty custom mixed muesli breakfast.

Muesli for a Loved One

With Father's Day just behind us, there were lots of you who took this opportunity to order a muesli for a loved one. With our "Gift" offer, you actually have two options - either order a muesli straight up and have it sent to your special person directly or send them a gift voucher and have them pick & choose their muesli mix. We are wrapping the muesli as a gift and send it off on your behalf with your message. We think it's a great idea and definitely something you haven't done before.

Ingredients of the Month

There are lots of exciting muesli mixes feeding into the monthly drawer and here it is what YOU made the ingredients of the month:
  • coconut flake
  • wheat and honey puffs
  • blueberry
We are seeing the blueberry re-occuring on the top of the ingredients. No surprise! They are being hailed as a"superfood". One reason is that blueberries contain a range of micronutrients, such as the essential dietary mineral manganese, vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin K and dietary fiber. Another reason is that these blue berries also contain substances that have antioxidant properties. Antioxidants are said to help neutralize free radicals which are unstable molecules linked to the development of a number of diseases including cancer, cardiovascular disease and other age-related conditions.
Bottom line: blueberries are healthy and yummy - what a great combination.
