Oats - good for the guys!

Well, we all know the cliche that 'breakfast is the most important meal of the day'.  I've just come across an article in Men's Health Magazine called 'Sow Your Wild Oats' detailing the benefits to men who eat oats regularly.  Among the top benefits :

1. Boost energy and maintain your weight
2. Build strong bones
3. Reduce cholesterol and help prevent heart disease

I think most men will agree that the top benefit (as stated by the article) of eating oats regularly is "increase sexual performance but may also increase the potency of that mammoth sexual output." So guys, starting eating those oats for breakfast!!!  And ladies, maybe you want to buy your guy a special 'bedroom muesli mix' for that extra bit of stamina ;-)
