not so easy -gluten free



In the past week i've found out that it's not so easy coming up with a tasty gluten free recipe.  So many of the standard muesli grains are not considered gluten free (even oats are controversial when it comes to gluten).
Saying that, I have finally managed to put together a yummy gluten free base - rolled amaranth, puffed rice, puffed millet, sunflower seeds, rice bran and roasted buckwheat (no, that's NOT a wheat!).  Together they form our 'go free' base - a puffy, crunchy, nutty blend made for everybody who can't eat gluten.  Add to it anything you want from our fruits and nuts (they're all gluten free) and you have yourself a delicious gluten free breakfast!

This brings us one step closer to our goal of supplying all special dietary needs - wheat free, gluten free, fructose free, nut free - you can mix your muesli so that it will suit your special diet.
